As a result of the culinary activities at the Morungaba Nucleus, we have residues of eggshells and other foods, which have been used in the production of fertilizer for commercialization in partnership with Da Horta – Cultivo Afetivo (Market Garden – Effective Cultivation).
A basic and simple principle that has demonstrated to all those involved the wide range of possibilities available to replace wasteful with sustainable attitudes.
